1. Northwest Epicurean is currently based in Olympia, Washington. Our mission is to inspire regional consumers on the topics of sustainable food and healthy living through locavore culinary tours, events and nutritional education.
   The tours and events bring guests to multiple agricultural and culinary locations where they get an in-depth educational tour of the local farms, wineries, breweries, bakeries, butchers, and creameries that sustain our food culture year round. Nutritional education is a key component of understanding the joys of eating local products
   The NW Epicurean promotes local and sustainable food systems in the Northwest.
